Charges

Dog Walks
We will give your dog a full 50-minute walk. We don’t let the time it takes to pick them up or drop them off get in the way of their walk.
During the week:
One dog (Regular Group Walk)	from £14
Two dogs from the same Family (Regular Group Walk)	from £20
On the weekend:
One dog (Group Walk)	from £16
Two dogs from the same Family (Group Walk)	from £24
Cat/Small Pet Home Visit
Home visit one or two cats/small pet	from £11
Home visit one or two cats/small pet, on the weekend	from £14

Public Holidays

Bank Holidays at time and a half except: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday which will be charged at double rate.

Payment

Dog walking service. An invoice will be send at the beginning of each month for walks in previous month.

Cat and small pet visits. 50% non refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining balance is to be paid 14days before visits will take place. Full payment can also be made.

Payment terms are on receipt of invoice.

Payment to be made by cash or by bank transfer.

Cancellation

Dog Walking Service cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 100% of the price quoted. Cancellation within 72 hours of scheduled service will be charged at 50% of price quoted.

Cat and Small Pet Visits cancellation within 14days to 24hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 100% of the price quoted.

All deposits of 50% are non-refundable.
